Yesterday on my way to work, I fell down right infront of my apartment and literally tumbled down the hill. The result was two holes in my brand new jeans and two small boo boos.
I'm pretty sure I looked like somebody who was ice skating for the first time because my feet kept on slipping and it took me a few trys to get up but I just couldn't. At least I made everybody else's day by falling like a snowball.

I wore this black lace bodysuit to the Design San Francisco event last Friday and had lots of stares due to the invisible bra. I changed into pants later that night and wore a visible black bra when I hung out with Lulu, Annabel , & Philip which consist of drinking flavored soju, eating delicious but spicy korean food, and yelling all night long at the kareoke.

Btw, I had the honor to be featured at Corridor 40 , a fashion + culture site & the SF Style, San Francisco's own street style blog. hehe =D

A day with Pikachu: roasted tomato soup at La Boulange, failed shopping for black jeans in Hayes Valley, latte and cappuccino from Blue Bottle, super sale at American Rag (scored vintage cape, two pairs of April 77s and Swedish Hasbeens, ahh!), and the purchase of a very special bear plush in Japantown. And at night: Korean food and karaoke with Philip, Lulu and Aimee and her boyfriend (which consequently led to my losing my voice...). I had a blast anyway.

I was a little shaken up earlier after finding out about something that happened back home but I feel much better now. I'm told it wasn't too serious but of course I'm the type of person to freak out and expect the worse. This is probably the first time in the past four years that it actually hit me how far away from home I am. Ahh, well.
