I had this dress on all day at home then my feet got cold so I put on my OTK socks on. Before I realized, I had this sweater over my dress and a leopard jacket all while sitting on my chair working on my finals.
It was finally time to go outside to grab coffee and Wesley Mason told me I looked like I killed three different animals. hahaha Wish I took these pictures with the leopard coat on so I can show you guys how ridiculously fabulous I looked (apparently this is just my opinion. my bf didn't think so.)
A.P.C. trench coat, Steven Alan dress, A.P.C. shirt, vintage oxfords
Just spent a nice relaxing weekend with family (thanks for taking my pictures, mom!) and now I'm back in Berkeley where the high in is in the 50s. Super excited about tomorrow, it's finally time for El Clásico!! Oh, and my birthday. Too bad I have a paper and presentation due right after. I'm keeping this short because all of my creative juices are running dry after writing 5 pages about baroque Spanish poetry...
I'm off to Zuni now for dinner. CHICKEN FOR TWO! Sounds like a good birthday.
(Grandma's cable knit cardigan that my mom stole from her closet which I stole later from my mom's closet, H&M Faux Fur Collar, Thrifted skirt from Goodwill in Kentucky, Dad's Louis Vuitton Belt, Steve Madden Boots)
What I wore on Thanksgiving day: a big skirt and an adjustable belt. The objective of this outfit was so that I had enough breathing room for my food intake on Thanksgiving dinner.
Please excuse my tired face and the obnoxious yet my favorite Starbucks cup (not a prop, there's real white chocolate mocha in there lol)
For those who asked what I wear to school during finals... This is it.
My typical outfit consists of: a white shirt & skinny jeans (normally blue jeans but those who follow my twitter already know what my jeans did to my white Eames chair)
Hope all of you guys have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
I'll be spending this years Thanksgiving with my lovely boyfriend and Charcoal at my classmates house eating lots and lots of food.
I've been glued to my chair and desk these past few days working on my final and stuff for work and have been wishing for a better utilized workspace. Although I have a pretty big desk, almost every inch of my desk is covered with blue prints, magazines, photos, books, computer supplies and more.
What's your workspace like?
Are you surrounded by books? Do you have an entire wall full of inspirational pictures?
Do you lay everything out on a desk or are you more of a minimalist?
So this skirt is just a regular maxi skirt but I played with it and made it into a draped skirt and when it wasn't windy it looked like the longer version of this Dree Hemingways skirt just with a side slit instead. However, as you can see, the wind made my supposedly sophisticated drape skirt into a skanky skirt.
vintage cape, american apparel tights, vintage boots, lanvin x h&m sunglasses
I found this cape deep inside my closet when I was cleaning it out this weekend. I think I bought it at American Rag in SF right before it closed. I watched Harry Potter last night after a successful marg & guac fest at Chevys (SUNDAY FUNDAY!!). It was okay. The movie, I mean. I read the final book three times when it came out and I don't remember it being that boring. I guess nothing exciting really happened in the first half of the novel but the next one is going to be way better, obviously. Good thing I was drunk.
This was a couple of weeks ago when San Francisco was still somewhat warm. Now it's back to foggy and windy weather and this weekend its suppose to rain. booo at least I have nothing but work and a ridiculous amount of final projects to do so I won't be missing out too much.
For those who've asked me how I walk the gigantic hills in high heels, the trick is, I hold on tight to my boyfriend and take baby steps! no joke. It's actually easy going uphill but I have tumbled a couple of times (more like 10 times and I still haven't learned my lesson) walking down the hill.
The other trick is, I wear comfortable heels! When I'm doing a lot of walking, I wear my wedges or or platform boots/heels. When it's just going to dinner or somewhere close like in this post, I'll wear my high heels and Wesley Mason just suffers a bit.
Sometimes I pack my sandals/flats inside of my bag and change into heels and when I'm not carrying a big enough bag I put them into my bf's cargo shorts pockets. hehe
